Calcium phosphoricum 3X 25 mg;

Ferrum phosphoricum 3X 25 mg;

It is a disease of the airways. Its English name is asthma, which comes from the Greek word asthma. In Bengali, asthma. This means breathing with a gasp or gasping. By asthma, we mean difficulty breathing (Dyspnoea) due to obstruction of air movement in the respiratory tract. It is difficult to breathe normally due to long-term inflammation and sensitivity of the respiratory system, a condition known as asthma. Asthma is a disease whose specific cause is not known, but two primary causes have been identified.


1) 'Atopy' or genetic and 'allergic' environmental factors, and


2) Bronchial hyper-responsiveness.

Ways to recognize the symptoms of asthma:

The feces, saliva, and juices released by mites mix with dust and enter the body through human breath, causing allergies that can later develop into asthma.


Remedy:


1. Avoid allergens. For example, avoid exposure to dust, house dust, and smoke.

2. Try to keep your home free from dust and sand. To maintain cleanliness, wipe the floor and furniture with a damp cloth at least once a day, or use a vacuum cleaner to keep them clean.

3. Do not keep carpets in the house. Use a sponge instead of cotton on pillows, mattresses, and pillows.

4. Wash your hair and clothes after returning home from a dusty area.

5. Take a bath in hot water as much as possible in winter. Avoid eating cold foods, such as ice cream.

6. Do not smoke. Avoid stress.

7. Avoid foods that cause allergic reactions.

8. If breathing difficulties increase due to exertion or sports, you should try to reduce exertion.

10. If asthma is due to occupational reasons, you should try to change your place of work or occupation.
