Hair care and aftercare
Before starting your hair care routine, it is essential to determine the type of hair you have - dry, oily, or normal. These three types of hair can be further divided into different categories, such as thin or thick, split ends, raw-ripe, and suddenly growing out. You need to take care of your hair according to its type and condition. The main eight stages of hair care are:
1. Detangle your hair with your fingers (twice a day, morning and afternoon).
2. Comb your hair with a comb (twice a day, morning and afternoon).
3. Clean the hair using a brush (twice a day, morning and night).
4. Massage your scalp (once a day).
5. Conditioning, if possible (3 times a week).
6. Intensive conditioning if possible (twice a month, 4 times if necessary).
7. Shampooing your hair, if possible (daily if necessary).
8. Drying hair.
