If this problem is addressed in daily life, the issue of joint pain can be alleviated to a great extent. As a result, increase your physical activities as much as possible. 2. Similarly, do not sit for long periods. Stand up at least once every twenty minutes. Stand up for a moment and then resume your work. You will get new energy to work.

3. Stretching is very important. Do stretching exercises for half an hour every day. However, you have to continue this stretching throughout the day. Stretching in between work is very effective. Lean back as much as possible with your hands on your waist. While sitting in a chair, lean forward and try to touch your feet with your hands. You can do waist twists while seated in a chair. Do some simple neck exercises during your work breaks. Sit up straight and work.
